Maxillectomy

Rostral Maxillectomy
This is appropriate for rostral maxillary tumours which do not cross the midline and are rostral to PM2
Rostral Maxillectomy
This is appropriate for rostral maxillary tumours which cross the midline but are rostral to PM2. Can be used in combination with nasal planum resection.
Hemimaxillectomy
This is appropriate for lateralised maxillary tumours which do not cross the midline.
It can involve removal of oral mucosa, teeth, and segments of the incisive, maxillary, palatine, and zygomatic bones
Orbitectomy
This is appropriate for invasive orbital tumours and usually involves enucleation.
